The responsibilities of the Account Manager consist of sales, managing partner experience, proactively developing the current client base and improving client management systems and processes. This is a sales role - the Account Manager is expected to achieve annual sales targets.
Account Manager Responsibilities
Increase distribution of Donuts TLD portfolio and products by building mutually beneficial relationships with North American Registrars, Resellers and Web Enablement Providers
Manage customer relationships to drive recurring revenue growth
Execute detailed marketing agreements with strategic partners
Help define, implement, gather and maintain metrics to evaluate effectiveness of sales program, with the goal of refining go-forward activities
Consistently achieve/exceed revenue targets and KPIs
Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
Ability to occasionally travel domestically and internationally
Skills & Experience & Education
2 years in a client facing role as account management, sales or marketing
Experience meeting and exceeding campaign goals/objectives
Ability to think strategically and analyze client needs
Practical experience managing and building client relationships
Domain industry experience preferred
SEM Experience a plus
Bachelor's degree preferred
