Primary Purpose of this Role:

Identity Digital is seeking a dynamic and engaged Marketing Manager to own marketing of its products and services. The ideal candidate will help plan and manage integrated campaigns with various partner agencies and internally.  Primary touchpoints include: advertising (both creative and media), social media and PR.  The goal is to drive awareness and conversion of our top level domains.  

This candidate will ensure consistent implementation of branding, core messaging and imagery by working in lockstep with agencies and internal teams. It’s critical that this role takes a holistic approach to all marketing. They will be an essential part of brand stewardship externally and throughout the organization. This person should have an eagle eye for detail and based on knowledge, experience and understanding of the target, have the ability to evaluate a variety of creative, i.e., video, digital, integrated content. Additionally, they must understand media planning and be able to provide relevant feedback for plans.

They should be a creative, strategic thinker, providing solutions for marketing challenges with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate their thinking in persuasive presentations.  They will drive strategic initiatives as well as tactical execution of the strategy.  Project management skills and adherence to deadlines is critical.  While data is not an area of expertise, the candidate should understand it and be comfortable digging into it as needed. This role requires cross-functional collaboration, especially sales and channel marketing.  

Over time, this role will continue to take on more leadership responsibilities across branding and marketing. It reports to the Sr. Director of Brand and Marketing Communications.
